License Agreement

All copyrights (C) to Cresotech HOTPANCAKE (TM) are exclusively owned by Creative Solutions And Technologies Inc.

Cresotech HOTPANCAKE is a Shareware. If you intend to use Cresotech HOTPANCAKE after the trial period of 30 days, you must register your copy of Cresotech HOTPANCAKE or stop using it.

Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use Cresotech HOTPANCAKE on one computer at a time. The registered Cresotech HOTPANCAKE software may not be rented, leased or transferred.

Cresotech HOTPANCAKE unregistered shareware may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Cresotech HOTPANCAKE without written permission from the copyright holder.

Cresotech HOTPANCAKE is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of Cresotech HOTPANCAKE and for results obtained.

Creative Solutions And Technologies Inc. makes no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated from Cresotech HOTPANCAKE software and, with respect thereto, Creative Solutions And Technologies Inc. shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing Cresotech HOTPANCAKE including without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction. Creative Solutions And Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages relating to or arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken there under

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE CRESOTECH HOTPANCAKE AT YOUR OWN RISK. CREATIVE SOLUTIONS AND TECHNOLOGIES INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

The image and sound files supplied with Cresotech HOTPANCAKE software are exclusively owned by Creative Solutions And Technologies Inc., intended for demonstration within Cresotech HOTPANCAKE only, and used as example files. Any other use of these image files is possible only by written permission of the owner, Creative Solutions And Technologies Inc.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Creative Solutions And Technologies Inc.

The terms of this license, as well as the Cresotech HOTPANCAKE features and interface design are subjects of changes in future versions of Cresotech HOTPANCAKE.

Installing and/or using Cresotech HOTPANCAKE signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove HOTPANCAKE files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
